Morning Oats Mix.

Here’s a great way to start your kid’s mornings with a healthy breakfast that is fast and easy.Mix 12 cups of large rolled oats with 4 cups of raisins,2/3 cups of flaxseed,1/2 cup of sesame seeds,2 tbls of nutmeg toss all the ingredients together,and put in a large jar.To make one serving stir 1/2 cup mix with a pinch of salt, and 3/4 cups of water,microwave for one minute,stir and microwave until it’s bubbling, about 45 seconds add milk,and brown sugar too serve.Makes thirty 1/2 cup servings.You can also add fresh fruit into the mix like strawberries,or bananas what ever you prefer.Image
